Whether ‘ping pong’ is capitalized or not tends to vary based on personal or organizational preference. In general writing, both variants are seen – ‘ping pong’ and ‘Ping Pong’. However, when referring to the sport in an official context or at the beginning of a sentence, it is generally capitalized as ‘Ping Pong’. For this assignment, I will use the lower case variant ‘ping pong’.
